Elizabeth Bissett is an Associate Vice President in Large Surveys with 20+ years of experience in survey management, instrument design, development of training programs, and data collection. She serves as the project director for several early childhood projects for the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). Bissett is responsible for technical leadership, financial management, contractual compliance, staffing, schedule development, and quality management. She is the primary point of contact with the NCES clients and partners. She leads project teams covering instrument design, systems, data management, statistical, and psychometric areas.
